Très déçue niveau qualité / SAV

J'ai commandé plusieurs articles et certains pendentifs ont été réceptionnés avec de nombreuses microrayures (assez flagrantes pour annuler la commande en totalité).

Le SAV a mis presque deux semaines à me répondre, alors qu'il est stipulé que les articles doivent être renvoyés sous 14 jours.
De plus, on me demande d'expédier le colis à mes frais.

Ce n'est pas professionnel.
Je tenais à vous en faire part afin de mieux soigner la présentation et le service client.
