Charm doré hypersensibilité

Bonjour,
Ma mère a offert ce charm pour Noël. La personne qui l'a reçu s'est mise à pleurer en le voyant. Par contre, deux jours après il s'est détaché. Christelle se demande si elle n'avait pas déjà fait ce soin il y a quelques temps.
Avez-vous l'historique des soins que vous vendez à vos clientes par hasard? Juste pour éviter de lui reprendre les mêmes soins quand on lui en offrira d'autres. Merci d'avance et Heureuse Année 2024.
