White sage purification bouquet

Sage will primarily be used to cleanse your living space: if you work on yourself, if you do your best to liberate and cleanse your different physical, emotional and energetic bodies but you live in a place that weighs you down energetically, this will be vain:

Start by purifying each room in the house by lighting your bouquet of sage, with all the windows wide open.

Each edge of each wall must be fumigated. To do this, pass your bouquet all along the edge of the wall, making the four bottom edges, then the top and finally the corners of the wall.

Emphasize places that hold a strong emotional memory, such as the bedroom. If you had an ex partner with whom you find it difficult to let go, child's bedroom if you had to watch over your sick child, kitchen if you had a domestic incident, etc.

During the entire fumigation period, leave the windows wide open so that the bad energies leave at the same time as the smoke.

Once you have done this major cleaning, use your sage regularly to purify your medeores and your stones.

There are no rules, do it from time to time according to your feelings.

Please note that fumigation may trigger your smoke detectors; turn them off during this time and don't forget to reconnect them afterwards.
